We also provide development assistance and guidance on jurisdictional requirements, and provide direction and representation for all governmental approvals (including zoning, planned unit developments, annexations and development agreements).

Community Affairs

JDA provides expert consultation relating to a project's community involvement angle, leveraging considerable experience implementing community involvement plans that drive economic improvements in the immediate and surrounding vicinity.

Public Financial Assistance

We will analyze and provide development advice on preferred means of public financial assistance. (i.e., sales tax rebate, TIFs, formation of taxing districts and other forms of public assistance).

Tenant / Owner Services

JDA creates and implements business plans that help advise owners or tenants about whether a particular opportunity or asset is a "Go/No-Go." We perform site feasibility analysis and solutions, both in the U.S. and abroad. We implement construction management services, negotiate build-out requirements, scope of work and tenant allowance.

JDA performs pro-forma modeling feasibility studies and reporting.
